Fantasy Photo Effect

1) This is the picture from where you start for tutorial:



2) We are going to need a more colorful picture to make this effect. So let's make this picture more colorful. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness and Contrast(Don't forget to check the "Use previows layer to Clipping Mask).



3) Now go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation.



Your picture is more colorful now.



4) Now go to Layer > Flatten image. Select your image and press ctrl+c. Go to your history tab, erase the Flatten image part. And press ctrl+V. Now you have a colorful image for real.

Duplicate this layer. On the new layer (that is located above), set the layer to Overlay. Now go to Filter > Brush Strokes > Angled Strokes.



5) Duplicate the first layer. Make the duplication in the middle of the other two and set it to Color Dodge. Go to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur.



6) Your image is finished! A very nice effect.
